1.1 Purpose of Season 1

Season 1 — the Early Adopter Season — is the foundational phase of Thesauros where we:

• Test the core deposit and points mechanics

• Form the early user cohort (Early Adopter Cohort)

• Build the foundation for future loyalty and reward programs

• Prepare the economic and social base for Season 2

Social & Narrative Value

Early Adopter Season participants become part of Thesauros's foundational user layer. This isn't just a symbolic status — it's a practical advantage:

• Early users influence product development through their data and behavior

• They receive priority in future activations, tests, and closed seasons

• Participation may factor into future mechanics — airdrop coefficients, Season 2 boosters, special access

• DailyDepositPoints = Deposit_USD × 2

• ReferralBoost = 1.10 (base) or 1.20 (for 100+ referrals)

• P_cap = 2,500,000 points

1.6 Anti-Abuse Protection

• Minimum deposit for earning: $10

• Daily snapshots: Quick deposits/withdrawals don't provide advantage

• Full withdrawal: Pauses point accumulation

• Sybil-lite: Address clustering may be considered in future data usage

Part 2: Points Utility — Yield Boost

2.1 How It Works

• Base Performance Fee: 25% of earned yield

• Points reduce the fee proportionally

2.2 Age-Based Fee Mechanics

Fee depends on two factors:

1. Deposit Age (A) — how long you've held

2. Points (P) — how many you've accumulated

User with 1,000,000 points, Age 30–89 days:

F(P, A) = 16% + (23% - 16%) × (1 - 0.667^1.8)
≈ 16% + 7% × (1 - ~0.47)
≈ 16% + 7% × 0.53
≈ 19.7%

User with 200,000 points, Age 180+ days:

x = 200,000 / 2,500,000 = 0.08
F(P, A) = 12% + (18% - 12%) × (1 - 0.08^1.8)
≈ 12% + 6% × (1 - ~0.015)
≈ 12% + 6% × 0.985
≈ 17.9%

User at P_cap with Age 180+ days:

F(P, A) = F_min(A) = 12%

2.3 Net Yield Calculation

NetYield = GrossYield × (1 - F(P, A))

As you accumulate points and age:

Part 3: Advanced Mechanics

3.1 TVL Multiplier

Early depositors get a bonus based on TVL at time of entry:

Where TVL_Mult(join) rewards early entrants when TVL is low.

3.2 Loyalty Function L(A)

L(A) = function that increases daily point accrual based on holding duration

The longer you hold, the faster you earn:

+0% → +15% acceleration in point earning

3.3 Deposit Age Calculation

Age increments daily:

A_next = A_current + 1

Age dilution on new deposits:

A_new = (A_old × B_old) / (B_old + ΔB)

Example:

B_old = 1
A_old = 100 days
ΔB = 1,000,000
A_new ≈ 0.0001 days

Large new deposits reset your age significantly.
